I purchased a new Elantra from the Rick Case Hyundai #5 dealership located at 925 N.State Road 7, Fort Lauderdale FL in May 2013, and three days later I requested cancellation of the extended service contract because after I read the booklet, it was not as presented at the dealership.

I have requested cancellation twice and three months later the service contract has not been cancelled!! even though the dealer manager said it would be done right away.

I contacted the service contract company and they requested for me to fax the cancellation documentation; hopefully they will take care of it and I will get my refund.I will never recommend this dealership to anyone as they make promises they cannot fulfill!!

Monetary Loss: $2500.
